Back in March my boyfriend Mike & I traveled to Harbor Springs to take Madison & Jared’s engagement photos. Mike & I arrived at the Airbnb late Friday evening & Madison & Jared arrived not too long after we did. We both traveled & met half way! Saturday we headed into Harbor Springs to get coffee & pastries from one of their favorite coffee shops in the area that actually used to be a gas station! From there we went into a bookstore, walked down to the boat dock & warmed up in the car in-between because the weather wasn’t the greatest. Love the overcast, hate the rain & snow!

Once we were done in Harbor Springs, we headed to Petoskey to grab lunch, walk around downtown, & continue on for their session!

I love it when the engagement session is taken advantage of from my packages because this gives both of us the opportunity to get to know each other better prior to your wedding day. I get to witness how you & your babe interact in front of the camera, you two get to see how I operate behind the camera & how excited I get! I strive for connection & this gives us the chance to get comfortable with one another, especially because being in front of the camera isn’t always comfortable for people.
